They also bring over 3-4 different sauces an sides for you to make your own flavour combinations. The house yuzu highball was the best, we must have had like 10 of those each - they were very quick to refill and bring the next courses. “ This restaurant, part of the Ushigoro chain, is themed around "town yakiniku." While serving high-quality meat, the atmosphere and the yakiniku served here have a nostalgic feel. The background music playing in the restaurant is from the '90s, creating a comfortable atmosphere that makes you want to hum along and naturally lift your spirits. On this day, a friend who is a regular at the restaurant brought us here as a group of four, so we were able to order a lot of the meat we wanted a la carte. Looking around the restaurant, I saw that many of the other customers were in groups. As you'd expect from "Ushigoro," the restaurant was completely full, even on a Thursday. Before I knew it, we had ordered a total of 15 dishes, and each one was jaw-droppingly delicious. Not only was the meat itself of high quality, but the seasonings were also exquisitely matched. One of the dishes that particularly impressed me was the "Ultimate Thick-Sliced ​​Tongue." It was the thickest cut of tongue I've ever eaten. The surface is quickly seared and then dipped in egg yolk. Another great thing about this restaurant is the wide selection of drinks, and as a wine lover like me, I was particularly pleased to see the Italian natural wine selection available. As I was brought here by a foodie friend, everything was of extremely high quality and it was the first time in a while that I've found a yakiniku restaurant that I want to return to.
